Interesting title- I can see it on a film poster or trailer already! obviously, you will need to think about how to make that ain character sympathetic. The tagline is quite long but very interesting from a narrative point of view. In terms of genre, I thought this may be coming of age but tagline helps a little to create horror feel. Some good use of terminology but not enough in terms of specific shots or types of sound. You will definitely need this in your statement of intent. Church setting/ characteristics work well- classic horror element. Family element adds to this- but one critical element is what you want the audience to hope happens... do we want the character to be saved? Escape from family?
