However, the beat to the music makes it look like it blends however, the dance moves from the second part show that it is contrapuntal.

1) Type up your teacher's feedback in full. --> - Good use of horror conventions! The music works well, the editing is well-paced in building tension and the little cuts to the blurry white-screen effect work very well. I think you've got a good performance out of your actor too. - The mise-en-scene is mixed. The school desk and the drama studio are pretty easy to identify and it's not clear why it's in that location. The result is that it looks like a school production rather than a professional horror film. Ultimately, we are trying to reach professional standards with the film trailer so that's something to reflect on for the real production. - The key weakness though is that you haven't met the brief. You needed to include at least two characters, match-on-action, shot-reverse-shot, a range of camera shots and dialogue/voiceover. Research: Film trailer analysis  Film trailer 1: Narrative and genre This film trailer successfully communicates the narrative and genre to the audience through the consistent use of the same setting as well as only focusing on main characters who are used consistently throughout The way the trailer communicates narrative and genre is through the sound effects which are quite loud and abrupt, there are also whisperings included in some scenes. The genre is presented as horror as there are jump scares included as well as the lighting which is consistently dark and dull which creates mystery and fear for the audience. The voiceover in the background of the trailer where we hear the characters exchanging dialogue shows how they are looking for a demon like figure around there house and it mentions a supernatural energy.
